K’bridge was lovely! XJ managed to do their own interpretation of this dna without anything too harsh or overly synthetic smelling. My problem with k’bridge club was that it didn’t project and for the money I do expect to be able to smell it on myself for the majority of the working day.

In the opening, the saffron and a fruity rose comes through clearly, after about 1h the saffron slowly says goodbye and to the rose joins a very discreet vanilla just enough to give the rose something gourmandiges, which then lasts so 5-6h while very slowly from behind more and more the chocolate creeps up to then for an eternity with the rose and the oud to create a heavenly melange.

I TOOK SOME SAMPLES TO A FRIENDS HOUSE AND HAD THEN SNIFF TEST VARIOUS SCENTS & AS WE WERE SMELLING THE OUDS A PAL WENT AND GRABBED THEIR FULL BOTTLE OF RESALA & TOLD ME TO SMELL IT BUT I WAS AFRAID AFTER THE HEADACHE A SAMPLE GAVE ME. BUT TO MY PLEASANT SURPRISE WHEN I GAVE IT ANOTHER TRY IT WAS LOVELY SO IDK WHAT TF WAS WRONG WITH THE SAMPLE I RECEIVED BUT I CAN NOW SAY RESALA IS A BEAUTIFUL OUD BEAST :-) i shouted loudly through the office. You should have seen the stupid and questioning faces of my colleagues ? "See if they have the Resala at a good price and if so please, please bring me one" I wrote. Then my mobile phone had problems and I couldn't get on the internet until Sunday. When I then go on Sunday here on the side I read meaningfully: " Hey Simi! What a great store I could organize there what report you please times."

Delox doesn’t have any issues with the longevity or projection. It’s an absolute powerhouse! However there is something in that scent, like the montale and mancera that bothers me, it’s just a little bit too harsh for my liking. The fragrance starts incredibly sweet and soft in the opening. I also smell oud here, but it's very pleasant. Not synthetic, not pungent. Just a little woody. Saffron forms a wonderful counterpart to the sweetness that flows around me and makes the whole thing a little more bitter. I’ve owned bottles of intense cafe, ristretto intense cafe, roses vanille, k’bridge club and Delox and my sample of rosewood has arrived today. From the first minute, this scent is slightly sweet but it doesn't overdo it and it already starts the ride with saffron and rose. I also smell something fruity out but can't really define it but that's also over after 2-3 minutes.

The entire fragrance fits for me, is like "Sky and Sand" by P. Kalkbrenner, Powerful, gentle, melodic, soothing and just good.

A clean rose-oud: earthy woods with a hint of spice and a slightly medicinal lift, plus rose, with the saffron sharpening that spicy edge. The famed chocolate note is really just a dusting of cocoa powder on top, adding a delectable sweet touch that is unmistakably chocolate but merely accents an otherwise basic rose-oud scent profile. A warm, creamy vanilla smooths everything out in the base without imparting much of its own flavor. Nuclear initial blast, and very strong for the first hour, but settles to something more moderate and steadily fades over 3-4hr. Longevity 10-12hr.I have to say out of all of them this one is my favourite and I plan to get this when I finish my bottle of ristretto intense cafe. So I started with Shaghaf Oud by Swiss Arabian. It was said to be very similar to Resala. I admit: now that I know both fragrances, I have to say that this is true to a certain extent. But they are only very similar. Resala warms me, wraps around me all day and I can't stop smelling myself! It gives me a special kind of self-confidence and femininity, although I can also imagine this fragrance on a man. Now about the scent, when I first sprayed it on it was like a duel for me. I love my Aventus, Virgin Island Water and of course especially my Layton. But what came here has the potential to put many to shame. Oud was new territory for me, and I wasn't quite sure whether I really liked "woody" or "spicy" as an attribute in fragrances. However, the fragrance notes other than oud that were mentioned, the bottle, the whole presentation, the opinions about it - something had already cast a spell over me.
