Looking for an easy Easter recipe to make with the kids? They don’t get much easier than these cute Easter themed giant chocolate buttons! Store in an airtight container somewhere fairly cool until ready to serve, or bag up and give as gifts. These Easter giant chocolate buttons are perfect for Easter gifts, desserts and treats, and a great idea for using up leftover Easter chocolate too! Add maltesers mini bunnies to half of the buttons, gently pressing the base of each one down so that it rests in the chocolate. Needing no introduction, our iconic Creme Eggs are an Easter staple no springtime holiday is complete without! Explore classic filled Creme Eggs paired with the scrumptious taste of Dairy Milk

Ahead of Easter Sunday (April 9, 2023) I've got a long list of gluten free, coeliac-safe Easter eggs in UK supermarkets right now. Important note: In 2022 the Mini Eggs Bar was gluten free, but now (2023) it has a 'may contain' warning and is NOT suitable for people with coeliac disease) Divide the chocolate between the silicone muffin cases, dropping a spoonful of each (white and milk) into each case.Don’t worry if it gets up the sides, any messy bits can be broken off once the chocolate has set!Even the littlest of chefs can help to make these yummy chocolate treats, they'll enjoy spooning in the chocolate, scattering over the sprinkles, decorating with the eggs and bunnies and helping to pop the buttons out of their cases once ready. Also, Easter eggs sometimes feature other bits and bobs such as biscuit or wafer pieces which will contain gluten. All of the Easter Eggs in this section of guide, at the time of writing, are gluten free and safe for people with coeliac disease. These tasty treats are perfect for the kids to make for homemade Easter gifts, or you could pop them in an Easter basket, give them out as prizes after a fun Easter egg hunt or serve them up at any time over the Easter period for a yummy dessert or treat!

If you're not avoiding dairy, many 'normal' Easter eggs are free from gluten-containing ingredients anyway. I've swept the supermarket shelves of Asda, Co-Op, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose to find all the Easter eggs which are gluten free.Like my Double Chocolate Easter Bark, this is also a great recipe to make after Easterwhen you want to use up any leftover odds and ends of chocolate. The kids will enjoy a fun kitchen project and you'll be making sure that no chocolate is wasted in the process! Recipes can change and vary at the drop of a hat so you should always be on the safe side when trying to find ones that are gluten free. Most plain chocolate eggs are free from gluten but sadly some have 'may contain' warnings which mean they are not coeliac-safe. I've broken this blog post into two sections for ease: Gluten Free Easter Eggsand Gluten and Dairy Free Easter Eggs. You can never assume anything is safe but this Easter egg guide should help you navigate the best choices for gluten free. How to use my gluten free Easter eggs guide
